with the main flock in a run there are 3 roosters running free at all hours of the day and night one maybe 2 roosters crow WHY? I have had chickens before and never had such fellow

Hey, if you don't want the roo that doesn't crow and has proven to do so, I'll take him!

If you have more than 1 rooster in a flock, one usually becomes the chief rooster, and the others don't crow as much

I have two roosters in my main flock; the boss does 95% of the crowing. When the emergency backup rooster crows, he gets his butt kicked by the boss rooster.
