Roost bar and nesting box for this plastic playhouse

I am converting this playhouse I got for free into a coop and am halfway done. I am not sure where to put the roost bar and the nesting box. Any suggestions? Also, what to make nesting box out of? I have milk crates, and some of the home depot buckets. Too big? Also what about feeder and waterer? Where to put them? I have only silkies and only want silkies in the future. I know the roosting bar needs to be higher than the nesting box. I will be making a door in the opening in the last pic.

Is there a way for your chickens to get out of the wind first?

Ive actually been reading that silkies do not typically like to roost, especially when they are only with silkies. I am in sunny florida so temps dont get too crazy here. I was thinking they would use nest boxes to get out of the wind.

That makes sense, but then you would have to have a nesting box per bird. Which can cause the chickens to lay their eggs in places other than the boxes.

Silkies are broody enough without giving them any extra reasons to stay in the nest boxes.

Tell them it’s ok to sleep there, & you’ll never get them out again.
