Roost height question

So I built a small coop for my now three BOs. It's roughly 4x4x4 and sits on 30" stilts. When folks suggest roost height is it measured from the ground or the floor of the henhouse?

I would measure up from the floor of the henhouse not the actual ground. Good Luck!

I always measure from the floor of the hen house.

Yes from the floor of the henhouse, best to make sure they are higher than your nest boxes, chickens tend to want to roost at highest point.
