Roost Height...

coop is done.. just need to install the roosts. I have RIR, Marans, Wyandottes, Welsummers.. if the roost is 16" off the ground will they be able to just hop up there or will I need a little ramp for them?

I have my roost at the same height and my 8 week old red sex links hop up with no trouble at all. I would say you do not need a ramp.
