Rooster advice

My chickens are 15 weeks, all healthy. When I got them, all 8 were supposed to be hens. One hen, however, is a rooster. He's getting kind of rough with some of the hens, and I'm wondering if anyone has thoughts on what I should do. Thinking about giving him away...

Are you interested in breeding at all? If not, your best bet is to rehome him or eat him.

Cockerels are 'ready' before pullets the same age, and it can get unpleasant out there. It's easiest to raise them in a flock of adult hens, and a rooster, so those idiot adolescent boys get to be corrected and learn some humility.
If you don't intend to have a rooster, it's reasonable to have this cockerel move elsewhere soon. If you might want to keep him, that's okay too.
He needs to be causing no actual injuries to any pullets, and be avoiding you, or at least politely moving out of your way at all times.
Having extra space, more than one feeder and waterer, and 'out of sight' areas are best too, so nobody is chased and can't hide, or eat.
It's also not a bad idea to move this boy on, and raise some chicks next spring, when you have more experience and adult hens, and try raising a cockerel then.
