Rooster advice

We got what we thought were pullets this spring, and we now have four maybe five roosters. I have to say they are beautiful, but we need to find a new home for them. How do we go about searching for new homes for our roosters?

! Great to have you aboard! Surplus roosters are certainly a problem. Options: if you aren't concerned about their fate (someone who wants to eat them) you can always use your local Cragslist. If they are pure you might even be able to get a buck or two for them. If you want them to go and live out their lives being roosters you can post in your state's link below and see if you get any takers. Good luck to you!

Welcome to BYC! My local feed store will take extra roosters, you should give yours a call! Also, try giving them away on Craigslist.
