Thanks speckledhen! I looked it up and he looks liek a dark delaware...i finally figure out what mine were!

Their speckles were what threw me.

Except Delawares don't have feathered legs. Maybe it's a Brahma x Delaware?

Looks like a Light Brahma roo to me.

looks like a Brahma X Barred Rock. In our birds, the columbian coloration was dominant over the barred, but the tails and necks were usually the barred pattern.

Shame...he's a pretty boy!
