Rooster and Hatching eggs

Can you leave a rooster in with eggs that r getting ready to hatch

I'm assuming you have a broody hen about to hatch some eggs in the coop and you have a rooster around? From my experience roosters have no problem with chicks. I'd like to think they know they are Dad and my boys used to help the hens look after the chicks too. The other hens in the flock might be a problem though, so keep an eye out for their reaction when the chicks hatch.
