Rooster attacking one hen repeatedly, why??

I have a beautiful Buff Plymouth Rock rooster, he is 15 months old. He has been sweet and mild-mannered. He seems to have singled out one of my sweet Buff Orpington hens, and attacks her viciously, repeatedly. I don't know what to do. Please help?

How exactly is he attacking? Is he going ontop of the hen ir just randomly pulling feathers?

He attacks her at the back of her neck and pulls feathers out, and pecks her hard...

He does favor several of the hens, but he apparently hates this one.
