rooster attacks pullets when eating what to do

My pen has 2x4 welded wire, I have a feed dish right in front of mine, the other roosters will mock fight through the wire and the pecking order ends up worked out before I release them.

This fellow spent most of his summer in this pen, I released him a month ago and he took his place in the rooster hierarchy, he's now fourth in line for the crown, he was chased a bit, but there was no fighting.
I see yours is a bantam but mine is a giant Wyandotte cross probably phoenix so a taller pen should work great pen you have it looks good for chicks or a broody hen is he the only rooster you got what does he do to be in there?

I have a large rooster in there currently because he was mating too much while they are molting, I have multiple roosters, he's in there because I had too many bantam roosters in my Bantam coop, he was being relocated out to the large fowl shed, he is now one of the roosters. I do use the pen for many things, it's the best thing we built. I mostly will keep trouble making roosters in it for a while.

I will try to build something similar to that pen its getting a bit cold so a wont put much wire maybe some plywood on the sides and a wooden plank for preventing frost bite
