Rooster bar help

Hi this is our coop. We have 20 chickens. 12 are living in this big coop right now and the others I'm going to move in there the next week or so. I am building new nesting boxes. (I just tore out the other ones because no one ever used them so we are trying a new design. But I need suggestions on where to put more roosting bars.

I thought I attached them but I guess they didn't load. The new nesting box is a square about 25x25inches with 4 nesting boxes in it. I don't have a photo of the old nesting boxes.

I'm planning on putting the nesting boxes on the right side of the coop sitting pretty close to the floor. I don't plan to put a poop board in. I'm wondering what a good layout for the roosting bars would be or should I just put them at random wherever they will fit. I have seen alot of layouts but non for the style of coop we have.

It looks pretty tight to me as well.

What are the dimensions?

My gut says one long bar along the length of that, but it looks really narrow space for them to be able to get up/down from it. Perhaps could work if you gave them like two landing pads and a simple stairway/ramp to them so they can more easily get up/down

Thank you. I ended up doing this for now. It's about 4 feet wide.

Its about 4 feet wide. And 6 ft tall the high point. I got the new nesting boxes in and put a few roosting bars in. This is what it looks like. We will see how it goes.
