Rooster behaving wierd

My rooster is slumping down with his tail feathers tucked under. not interested in eating or much of anything. what could be wrong with him? He's about 23 weeks old and doesn't crow yet either. He has five hens in the pen with him. I'm feeling bad for him.

Hahaha, no it's not my coop. I got it off the internet. I thought it was hecka funny too!

How long has he been acting like that?
Where are you located? You can put your location in your profile, it will help people give better advice.
Is it really hot where you are?

He could be sick or infested with lice or mites.

Take him off the roost at night well after dark and inspect the skin around his vent, under his wings and around his head and neck, get between the feathers all the way down to the skin.

Does he have any fluid or gunk around his eyes and nose?

What do his poops look like? That if often a first sing of illness.
