rooster behavior

i have a full grown red rooster, several days ago i noticed when he would stand up or start walking he would go into what i would call a " tail spin " . about 4 or 6 circles than stop and walk off like hes fine. is he sick ?? he is the only rooster i have with this type of behavior ..

A video would help, but I'm guessing that it could be neurological. It certainly does not sound like normal behavior from your description.
