Yesterday when I put my hands out for my 8 week old Bantie rooster to hop into, as he normally does, he kinda squatted down in my hand wiggling about and pecked hard at my fingers. He did it again today. I don’t know what to make of that. He also seems to not like the other hens to be held. He will peck at them. If I give him all the attention he seems happy. Is this normal behavior for his age? Thanks in advance!

Sounds like your little guy likes you... A LOT!!
That is mating behavior he's exhibiting. You are HIS!
We have another member here whose Silkie cockerel was self gratifying on the ground.
And @Shadrach can tell you all about his rooster, Treacle, and his torrid affair with the toe of his boot!
