Yes, but same signal given to another rooster before smackdown begins. Either way he is mildly riled up.

Well hes never pecked me before or scratched or anything. When allowed to walk at my feet he never pecks at me or anything. He will take treats out of my hand and pecks at men if I hold him in my arms. LOL

so all that said the being riled up might mean the friendly kind then? lol

How old is he? Once a rooster reaches full maturity it can become a real problem.

He is about 3 months old now

Based on sounds produced and breed, rooster will not be a problem even as full adult.
