I got this rooster from a lady near where I live who had way too many of them for her flock size. I am at a loss for what breed he is so any help would be awesome!

Easter Egger! If you breed him to a brown-laying hen yo’ll get Olive Eggers.

He is an Easter Egger. And a really pretty one at that!
