Rooster breeding with his babies

Hi again everyone.

I have a few chicks hatched today, I have only one rooster, so he is the daddy. I was thinking about keeping a few chicks, but does it matter if he breeds with them seeing as they are his babies?, will they be deformed or anything?, this may a really daft question, but it matters with dogs and stuff, so you never know!!

Doesn't matter if he breeds with them, and hatching eggs will likly be just fine for the first few generations.

You're okay with the first generation, maybe add new blood for the generations after that though. Do not breed sister to brother though.
