Rooster BRLW?

My family thinks I’m crazy because everyone is considered rooster until proven hen. This character is now 13.5 weeks and my husband won’t let me find him a new home because he thinks it could be a hen. We hatched it from a breeders eggs so no prescreeening on this one. I have a SLW and a splash BRLW that I can compare him to. It’s go lots of wattle and puffy comb as well as pink for his age as well as what I think are saddle feathers. Who agrees with me? I’d rather rehome sooner than later.
