Rooster can't stand up

I put chick booster in his water, is that the same?

What brand is your chick booster....Some are sold as electrolytes.
Some could be vitamins and electrolytes.
It will say on your package.

What do you feed him on a daily basis?

hello a friend brought me a rooster that had been stepped on by a goat at his parents house last October and I am very new to owning chickens. We have taken care of him since, he has always had a little trouble walking good but has gotten around just fine. Until a few days ago. He can seem to stand up, he falls over on his face. I hold water up to him and food and he eats and drinks he just can stand up. When I hold him his legs move and kick, they seem to be strong. If you have any idea of what is wrong or what I can do to help him I greatly appreciate it. I have him in a small container in my house to hold him up. I feel so bad for him.

Hi @Mjwilcox I'm sorry your rooster is not doing well.
Do you have vet care available?

Check his ears for any infection or lice/mites.
It's hard to know, it almost looks neurological. Have you added any new chickens to your flock recently?
Do the best you can - keep him hydrated, offer poultry vitamins that contain Vitamin E and B to his water and see if he will eat for you.

To keep him upright you may want to place him in a sling for short periods of time, to see if he will improve.
