Crowing
I've raised 9 chicks and 1 of them happened to be a rooster. The problem was that we were not supposed to have roosters where I live. We were thinking of moving to a place with bigger land and we thought that could fix all the problems. Then, we figured that we couldn't move there. So now we are left with this rooster that recently learned to crow very loudly. We asked two of our neighbors and they both had no problems with him, but we are still afraid that the noise would be very annoying for them.
I know someone who might be able to take care of him, but the living conditions there don't look so good. The chickens would be exposed to predators as there is no top to the run, there was sometimes little to no food at all for them, and most importantly we were told that many of their chickens would hop out and get eaten. They have lots of roosters, so I'm also afraid that he will get attacked there.
What should I do with my rooster?
