Rooster charging acting weird?

I have 4/15 roosters got them march 31

Yesterday morning upon taking the chickens out of coop, biggest bird (cockeral) and dotty(pullet)had each others beaks interlocked. Lots of sqwauking occurred finally upon pspspspspspspsing at them, they let go and biggest bird shook its head. Well I’ve noticed he’s been a tad bit aggressive. Charging at the ladies, when a flock mate is behind and it catches up, biggest bird will literally go out of his way to peck at the pullet and she will make a sqwauk. I’m not sure what’s happening. Is this normal? Should he be harvested? Thoughts, concerns?

It sounds like his hormones might be getting the better of him. Is he people aggressive, or is it just aimed at the flock?
