So I am going to be making my own spice jars... figured what better than to go with a chicken theme?? So I plan on painting roosters and chickens on them... But what breed should go on which spices.... any ideas???

That's a cute idea...however I'm no good at coming up with names. I was thinking about giving a name to my GLW's they seem so calm them WHAM here they come...something peppery comes to mind...something you don't really taste at first then all of a sudden you're on fire from it? Cayenne pepper maybe??? Short of Mrs. Dash I don't use a lot of spices but I see where you're going with this. It's a really creative idea. Hope you get some more suggestions.

What a cool idea.

cornish cross - poultry seasoning
silkie - Asian seasoning of some kind.
RIR- crushed red pepper

This is a super idea... but apologies my mind is blank at the moment, but will give it some thought.....

awesome idea! can't wait to see pictures of your finished work

I agree with others
RIR for crushed pepper flakes
GLW for chili powder
some type of EE for rosemary and thyme (the green legs is why I say that)
BO for sage
