hi roocrazy, if this helps here is his family tree

New Hampshire roo + RIR + Barred Rock hen = his father

and his mother is a California White

He's a red columbian, quite possibly with mahogany (like Rhode Island Reds) and dominant white (all that white you see there)

There is no blue or splash in him.

ok thanks, is there a way to describe california whites in a chicken calculator?

California Whites I know are dominant white, . . . I don't know much beyond that. I always understood they're a white bird with slight speckling from something, but I'm not big on the breed.

Never heard of an Ib gene. . . Red pyles are a Gold Duckwing with Dominant White.

Your rooster is a Red Columbian with Dominant White.

California White is a hybred. The Ib gene stands for inhibitor of black, Grant Brereton describes it in his book Twenty First Centry Poultry Breeding.
