Nope, just separate him and it'll go away on its own in a few weeks
Edit:
There is a vaccine that you can give the rest of the flock to keep them from getting it assuming they haven't already been exposed. Whether you get it or not depends on how much of an issue it is in your area and how bad the strain you have is
