Rooster Comb

My rooster has his own enclosure because he’s too aggressive with the other girls. Today I took him out and noticed that he has a blister on his comb. I don’t know how this could have happened, does anyone know what could be causing this?

He may have rubbed it against wire.

If you have had really cold temperatures, it could be a touch of minor Frostbite.

I'd monitor it and see if it heals on its own or gets worse. Often the best way I've found to monitor scabs or minor injuries is to take a daily photo or a photo every few days so I can make a comparison.
