Rooster Comb?

I was just curious how many of yall have eaten Rooster Comb. I have never heard of anyone doing
this until now they were talking about it on FOOD network. Does it taste like chicken? lol

I've never heard of eating rooster comb. I have seen duck tongue on the menu at an asian restaurant. I guess nothing goes to waste.

Rooster combs and wattles are thought to be a treatment for joint inflammation or pain. No idea what they taste like or how they are prepared.

hm...joint pains eh? I might have to fry some up for my stepmom..she's got TERRIBLE arthritis(she's only 36), and it interferes with her job(braille transcriptionist). Lol, she wouldn't know! I wonder how they would taste fried in garlic butter, breaded, with pesto sauce and bacon?

Judging by the feel of rooster comb, I think it would taste like chicken feet. Spicy chicken feet are great.
