Rooster coops

I got a new chicken that turned out to be a rooster (it was suppose to replace another suspected rooster which is now more likely a hen) but this little guys been free ranging all day and coming inside to sleep. Now, its been a few weeks that the new chickens been in this quarantine and today I let them all free range together on the lawn, they had a tiny scuffle and now just ignore each other and the rooster wants nothing to do with going in their coop. Would it be a good or bad idea to build the rooster its own coop?

He'll go to the coop eventually. Don't make more work for yourself by having separate coops.
