Rooster? Copper eggs? Lots of white on barred rock? What’s going on?!

Hello! I bought these girls as chicks in early spring and I'm pretty sure one of the "girls" is a male, I just keep hoping it's not lol I also was wondering if the picture of the egg I posted is a normal color for them to be laying? I'm not sure who keeps laying them but I'm pretty sure it's not the buff orpington. And one more thing, I have a barred rock in the pics below that is very white on the upper half and was wondering if she could possibly be mixed with something else? My daughter named her Hedwig since she has so much white lol Thank you in advanced!

Eta: are eggs still safe to eat if they are collected a couple of days later and are hot? Thank you again 🙂

Foot colour of your 'Barred Rock'?

A better pic of the white one and the legs on the other pic is the white one on the left and the rooster(?) on the right
