rooster crow is stuck

I have a gorgeous, 4-month old Welsummer rooster who crows incessantly! I'm getting ready to cull out all the extra cockrells and wanted to keep him because he's show quality. But this crowing thing is annoying. Is that a behavior that will change or is it ingrained in him. The others crow just a couple times per day. He's definately the dominant rooster, although friendly. New to chickens. Anyone know?
