rooster crown drooping and whitey poops

Good day folks,

I am a total newbie to this and this forum is a godsend!
My 4 month rooster is lethargic, eats less, lost weight and his crown is blackish at the base and drooping, his poops have some white in them.
I gave him some erythromycin once yesterday.
I will try to attach some photos of him shortly

There is no vet nearby, any advice?
