Rooster crows all day?

Is it normal to have a rooster crowing throughout the day and night? It's nonstop.

Don't know if it is normal for all but I had 2 Silkies and a Cuckoo Marans that went non-stop. I had to rehome them because I live in town.

Mine go as long as there is light somewhere. As soon as I turn the kitchen light on in the morning, they start up, and they don't stop all day until all the lights in the house are off.

Luckily, my neighbors say they like the sound of crowing - they used to have chickens, and a whole slew of farm animals. The crowing reminds them of those days, and they like that they don't have to care for any critters now! (I have given them permission to feed scraps to the chickens, so I'm often finding yummies like blemished corn on the cob, tomatoes, berries etc in there.)

Mine seem to crow when someone is outside. Not so much about the light. I did have one that crowed at night. Go figure.
