I have a 10 week old Sultan Rooster names Beaker because we think he looks like a muppet. He is beautiful and so sweet! I really want to keep him but technically I am not allowed to keep roosters in my town, but people do it anyway. I hear roosters down the street.
Anyway, he has just started crowing. It’s only a few times around 9am when I open the coop up for the day. I have heard that Sultans do not crow as much as other breeds. Also, his crow is not very loud. Will his crow become louder as he grows? I assume it will, but I am hoping there’s a chance it will stay like it is, because it’s really not an annoying sound. If he gets too loud I may be forced to rehome him.
