Rooster doesn't poop and painful when does.

He free ranges during the day along with another rooster. They have access to a pond. I can't monitor what he's been drinking, but wouldn't the other one be experiencing the same thing if they weren't getting enough?
Just because one drinks enough does not mean the other does.

The good news is that this is not common in adult chickens. The bad news is that there is still about 25 diseases and conditions in chickens that can lead to this. Don't beat yourself up over the red skin, it is unlikely it was caused by your treatment regiment.

Chickengeorgeto, are you by any chance posting from an iPad? I sometimes get the double and triples when I post from mine, but never from the PC. Just curious...
