We don't separate our Silkie roosters from our Silkie hens. By nature, they are all docile and I've never had any of them fight amongst themselves, not even to establish pecking order. Somehow, they figured it out without feathers flying... the lowest ranked Silkie just waits a ways back until the others have eaten before approaching the feeder. To be honest, I'm really surprised to hear about an aggressive Silkie.
If you have the time to stay and observe your birds, put the Silkie roos in with the Silkie hens for an hour or two Stay and observe in case you need to separate them. Use the hen savers if you need to; we have one we've never used with the Silkies. Gradually increase the time the hens and roos are together until they are together 24/7. This way, they're used to each other and will not be prone to fighting. Sikies only lay about an egg a week and there's no guarantee that bunking with the roos will give you a fertile egg. If you want chicks for Easter, you might be better off finding a breeder near you through Craigslist. You might have chicks for Mother's Day if things go well, but Easter is a long shot, I'm afraid. Good luck.
