Rooster foot / help.. mites, staph, bumble foot??

Can someone help, never had this issue, my rooster can’t walk and I just noticed this. Is this bumblefoot? Or mites?

He can't walk at all?

I will! He is limping, but cannot walk on that foot. Using his other.
