We are in Maryland and have several breeds of Rooster for sale. We live near BWI - not sure how far away you are.

Welcome. From Virginia myself. I occasionally have people I know trying to rehome a rooster. I can keep my ear out. But You can check the animals need of rehoming section right here on BYC.
