rooster has a black spot on his beak

Hello,
my rooster has a black spot on his beak should i be concerned about it? what could it be?
Also do tail feathers fall off and come out again? His tail feathers seem to be bad compared to my other roosters or is that normal in some roosters

The black spot is just the coloration of his beak. Every year, a chicken will lose all of its feathers, gradually or all at once, and then they will grow back over the next couple of months, so there's nothing to worry about. He is a handsome fellow
