Rooster has been loosing feathers, not sure what it is

Some of my other hens seem to have some discoloration on their ear also. I couldn't catch the one that was the most off. I've attached a photo from my roo. Mites?

Flock mates are feather pecking/plucking him. This is not an uncommon happening to crested birds in mixed flocks.

I would get some BluKote Spray at your feed store and spray his bare spots with the blue dying antiseptic. I had polish hens once, and their crested heads were pecked every so often by the other chickens. Repeat the Blukote every 2 days until the feathers grow back in completely.
