Rooster help

Not sure how to word this without sounding dumb so here it goes! I ended up with 5 barred rock roosters and my plan is to keep one. Ive handled them all daily since I got them and they are almost 6 weeks old. Is there an easy way to pick one that will be a "Nice guy" when grown? Haha I feel silly for asking but I dont want a nasty roo! My logical side says to pick the biggest healthiest chick but he's very flighty. *Sigh*

I wouldn't keep him.
But old farmers say if you turn him on his back for a while he won't attack you.
