rooster hen ratio

i will have 10 chicks soon and i already have 20 hens. 19 of these are red stars and one is a golden laced wynadotte( she runs the show). all of the new ones are red stars pretty sure 4 are rooster. i dont care if the eggs are fertilized or not. can i have 4 roosters for 26 hens?

I think 3 or 2 would be the limit. Not just for the hens sake but the roosters may fight even if they 6-9 hens each.
