*1 is mine who has a brooder and no broody hen.
*2 is the chick that has a broody momma at a new home

These also seem to be behind in their feather growth. Are you sure you have your dates right?

They hatched on the 19th of February. I may be a day or 2 ahead.

That makes them 4 weeks, 5 days old. So they really aren't behind in their feather growth.
