Rooster? Hen?

Supposed to be a starlight green egger.....looks like legbar? Not sure. Any chances of it being a Hen?? It's not crowing, I have another that looks identical and he is already crowing. This chicken sexing is so difficult I'm thinking rooster...

Rooster. It does look like it could be legbar. The crest he has, which is not as prevalent on roosters I believe, is a non dominant trait. The non crest trait is dominant over crest, so both of his parents are more than likely a crested breed.

If I'm not mistaken I think leghorn breed is in starlight green egger breed? Idk though. I have tried to research but not a lot about that breed....came from tractor supply
