Recently on Carolina Coops they did a massive coop/run build!
They also added a separate run and rooster house for a couple roos.
What are yalls thoughts on something small like this just sitting in the run in a mid-Tennessee climate for a couple horomonal roos so the pullets get some peace in the coop?

That reminds me of some of the shelters I've seen for game-type males, who have to be kept separate from each other because they will fight.

I used to see those and little blue barrels with tethered roosters when I lived up in the Appalachians.

(This sort of setup doesn't mean that the owner is raising fighting birds, just that they have the game-type breeds).

That shelter looks big enough for one bird.
I have 2 roos...they wouldn't wanna sleep together would they? Lol
They more or less pick at each other (chase each other and occasionally pull head feathers n hold on til one cries mercy) but are really doing same towards one pullet.
Of course all hatchmates but really hate to rehome any!
