Hello everyone, I have a rooster Tom, and when I went out to the coup yesterday I found that something had gotten over the fencing and into the coup in the night. I believe that Tom attempted to fight it off and by doing this was injured. I found him, with blood around his neck and injuries there, which I cleaned but my concern is that he cannot stand. He attempts but stumbles and cannot stand upright. He continually falls over. There doesn’t appear to be any injuries to his legs at all. The coup was a mess and there we lost 3 hens but the other 17 have no issues nor does the other rooster. Tom is separated from them and I am watching him. What can I do.

Welcome to BYC. I'm so sorry you had an attack on your coop!
If you have not done so already, thoroughly look him over for wounds and clean and disinfect them. Use a rag with warm water on it to clean him off and then spray with Vetericyn spray or any other chicken wound spray you have (avoid Blukote or anything harsh) and apply triple antibiotic ointment to his injuries.
He should also be kept in a warm room inside the house in a dog crate with a puppy pad or something for bedding and a towel tossed over the top of the crate to keep it dim.
Offer him clean water with a bit of electrolytes in it as well as some warm feed. You can mix up their normal feed with warm water and offer that to him. You can scramble up an egg and give that to him.
If this just happened, he is likely in shock and needs time to recover in a warm, dim, quiet place.
While he is recovering, you need to get out and secure your coop as whatever predator did this will likely return tonight for seconds.
