Rooster in new coop

I had to separate two roosters as one started to attack the other. I put the one in another coop with all hens and he’s just pacing back and forth in front of the door. I know he’s stressed because it’s a new change, but will he be ok? Will he eventually get used to the new coop? I feel bad that he had to be moved but he wouldn’t leave the other rooster alone. He managed to escape the new coop when I opened the door and ran straight to his old one and it just tore my heart. I know he’s a chicken and he caused the situation but I just don’t want him to be stressed out forever.

Wondering why you didn't separate the single male instead of moving the whole flock?
