Rooster in the city?

I just got 5 baby chicks from Tractor Supply. They had them in 2 separate containers labelled as sexlink pullets. The black sexlink container had yellow and black chicks. We got 2 black and one yellow and 2 orange sexlinks from another container. I know that Tractor Supply sometimes have 2 breeds in one container, and maybe I didn't read the labels well enough. All I really cared about was making sure what I was getting was pullets and no straight run. They reassured me they were all girls.
Later on I started to read about sexlinks, and the article said yellow sexlinks are male. Now I am really really worried if they sold us a rooster. This yellow chick is now about 3 weeks old. What I noticed about it from the very beginning was that its legs have feathers on them and compared to the others, it has an extra toe on each foot. Maybe it's a different breed? What breed of chicken has feathers on legs and extra toes?
I am very worried if we got a rooster. Our city does not allow roosters, we live in a regular city neighbourhood and our next door neighbour works for the city. If we got a rooster, we are screwed. I've never killed anything and wouldn't know what the best thing to do would be under the circumstances. Any thoughts? Thanks.

I thought silkies were smaller in size than other breeds? The one we have is the same size as our other sexlinks, except the legs and feet are different.
I will try to take some pics when I get home from work later today.
I'm guessing silkie, too. My (also from TSC)silkies were only slightly smaller than the others at first and they're on the larger end of bantams. Does it have black legs?

It has pinkish legs. Lol when we brought these babies home, my daughter noticed the "funny" feet on this chick and thought it was "deformed". But it was very light yellow at first with a pink beak. After 2 weeks we've had them it started to grow out new feathers, and they are gray and white.

Hmmm... It does look more like a faverolles.
I'll take some pics and post later today. You have all been so helpful! Thank you!
