Rooster introduction?

I became a new mom in October. Girls are almost 2 months old. LOVE THEM!! The hatchery forgot my brown leghorn roo.

I have found one local that is 4 months, can I introduce him? Are my girls still too vulnerable!! What should I do?

I would introduce them on a day when you can watch them very closely for any problems that may arise.

If you want to introduce them to each other,I would agree on doing it on a day that you can watch them.I had some 3 months old chicks in a pin and they would fly through the wire fence into the big pin,and my RIR rooster(4 months old) tried to ignore them,never bothered with them.He was more interested in the older hens.But this reaction will differ from each rooster and his attitude.I would keep a close eye on them.
