Rooster is a Hen?

We have five, 5-month-old roosters. Their father is a Buff Brahma, and their mother is a black Ameracuana. They all look pretty much the same as far as coloring and pattern. One of the roosters is quite a bit smaller than the others. It makes egg laying sounds and even pulls its brother roosters off of hens when they're trying to mate. Is it possible that it's a hen but looks like a rooster?

It is most likely a slower maturing cockerel. There appear to be 5 cockerels in your picture.

With the amount of cockerels in your picture he may just be lower ranking and maturing slower.
