Hello. I have a young, banty cochin rooster that is crowing and has an interest in the ladies. However, when he goes to mate, he grabs them by the neck feathers, then proceeds to do his business, either head on, or to the side, basically humping the grass. Is this a new form of birth control I don't know of, or will he learn? Do I need to get him a stuffed chicken to practice on? For all the effort he's putting into it and what he's putting his little hens through, I'd like some results! Thanks - Jennifer
