Rooster keeps ripping my hens comb

You can put some flour on the area to stop the bleeding.
How to stop the rooster from tearing it again - I have no clue.

I have read that I could 'Dub' her but I am not sure I could handle that.

He is a sweet heart. He mounts the other bigger hens like normal. They are rocks and reds. But this hurt one is the smallest and a leghorn. She is the only one he grabs by the comb. She is in her own little pen healing and relaxing. Thank you so much for replying!

Maybe he grabs her by the comb because of how little she is. If you think about it, he is used to grabbing that spot on all the other chickens so, he thinks that it will be the same on all the hens. Therefore grabbing her comb.
